We had a few local Tekes lovers visiting us last Saturday. The Tekes were so happy for all the attention and did their best to show the audience all their tricks, many of them they were improvised for the day. Todd and I were also happy to find such a knowledgeable crowd of horse people living in our area and would like to thank you all for advice and tips on horse keeping in Florida.



Todd has a real problem catching the extreme golden sheen in Astra, the sunlight just bounces of her color, he will have to figure out a way to really catch it before the gets sunbleached again. Anyways here is a portrait in the meantime, Todd did not catch her sheen but he did catch her wonderful personality.

Leonid. We are ok, the wild fire is on the east coast and we are far away from it on the west coast. But it is a dangerous situation as we have an extreme draught and a high risk for fires also in our area.

Wow... Orion is really becoming beautifull!
That Todd has problems catching the sheen on Astra is not so strange.. Aren't the Teke palomino's supposed to be Blinding ?
It seems Astra really is a blinding palomino!
And that's something Todd really has catched with his camera!
