We do not purposely stop anyone from sending us emails. It was probably our spam filter that stopped the email from your private email address, please try the official email address for VNIIK instead for further communication.
I am a little bit confused over the fact that you now claim that you did not recieve the DNA-results from us in 2004, when you claimed via Nadya on the public Teke blog that you had received the DNA-results but not been able to contact us due to a hard disk crash your computer.
Neither MAAK nor VNIIK can perform actions on our behalf that involves costs without our informed consent, we have not ordered anything from you. Please email or fax me our written approval for, or order for your work and I am sure we can sort out this misunderstanding.
